Refund policy

Please submit your return or exchange request via e-mail to roraowner@gmail.com. A RORA team member will respond within 1-2 business days. Please include your original order number and contact information (name, email, phone number).

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, RORA Gold, Inc. will accept eligible items for return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or damage due to wear and tear. If you believe your item may be defective, a return request must be submitted within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order, and the piece must be returned in new, unworn, and salable condition. Return requests received after this 10-day period are eligible for store credit only up to 30 days after the delivery date. Your return must be approved by a team member before being sent back.

RORA Gold does not cover return shipping. Upon request, a return label can be provided, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount. Whether a label is provided or you use your own, the return must be en route within 7 days from approval. Any return sent past this window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return has arrived in our studio, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be received in & processed. Once your return is processed, the original form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.
