Shipping policy

Domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, & other US territories*) ship via FedEx or UPS Express** delivery service. Orders under $300 are charged a flat-rate of $10 for shipping, and orders with a value over $300 ship at no cost. The value of your order is determined by the subtotal pre-tax and after any discounts are applied. Once your order leaves our studio and is accepted in the carrier's system, you will be notified via an automatic e-mail that will contain your tracking number.

We recommend a signature required when receiving your package. All orders over $300 will require a signature. Orders under $300 have the option to have a signature required at no extra cost. By selecting “No Signature Required,” RORA Gold is not financially responsible for the package once it leaves our studio. If the package is lost or stolen, we will issue a claim with the shipping carrier. Before we process a replacement or refund, the customer must wait for the claim to be resolved, a process that can take up to 8 weeks. You must let us know about any missing or lost packages within 45 days of receiving your tracking information or the right to issue a claim will be forfeited. A claim does not guarantee reimbursement.
